Unlike other celebs who constantly deny resorting to the knife, the British reality TV actress, Chloe Sims, is very candid and proud about her cosmetic surgery procedures. In fact, she shares with her The Only Way Is Essex fans that she has undergone a few. According to her, she regularly gets Botox shots and lip injections. The stunning mom of three also has breast implants, sporting a 34EE bust line.

Apparently, some of her friends in school and some fans used to tease her about her looks, which caused her to be even more insecure. She then opted for cosmetic treatments to improve her appearance and boost her self-confidence. Moreover, she wanted a make-over after giving birth.

Just recently, the 30-year-old Chloe Sims has been flirting with the idea of getting bottom implants. And not just any bottom at that. She wants something that resembles the full, plump rear of American rapper, Nicki Minaj. While it’s possible to have bigger, spank-worthy buttocks, her plastic surgeon warned her that she wouldn’t be able to sit for two weeks if she were to have buttocks enhancement. She would have to sleep sideways or on her front, as sitting down may risk dislocating the implants.

Whether she would pursue it or not, only Chloe knows. The possibility is high, though, because she loves cosmetic surgery so much. And she even mentioned before that she would continue having some work done until such time she’s totally happy with her body.

Rumours have been circulating on the cyberspace and in the periodicals that the football superstar, David Beckham has had his share of cosmetic surgery procedures after migrating with his family to Los Angeles, USA. Is he now beginning to follow the footsteps of his wife?

To the style icon, Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice, plastic surgery is nothing strange. It’s been known that she has gone under the knife a few times to further improve her looks. Rhinoplasty, lip augmentation and breast implants (and removal) procedures are just some of the cosmetic plastic surgery operations Mrs. Beckham has tried through the years.

These types of creases and lines only get worse and not better through time. But Mr. Posh seems to have gotten rid of them and looks much more youthful nowadays.

No one really knows whether David has had some cosmetic surgery treatments or not—except of course Victoria herself and their trusted surgeons. Outsiders like us could only rely on his before and after photos that show quite an improvement.

Couples plastic surgery is definitely on the rise lately. And just last July, Lauren Pope and Kirk Norcross, the reality show lovebirds from The Only Way Is Essex, have undergone matching rhinoplasty in a London hospital.

Neither lovebird wanted any drastic change to be done, although Lauren did confess that it was the second time she had her nose done. She used to have a big bump (now permanently gone) after walking into a glass door. Kirk, on the other hand, resolved to go under the knife after his nose was broken last year during a boxing fight with co-star, Mark Wright. He also simply wanted a smaller nose and to be able to breathe easier. The couple was delighted with their “new” noses and overall look.

Unlike other celebrities who are denial kings and queens or are discreet about such cosmetic procedures, the duo were far from being shy about their recent operation. In fact, they even publicized it afterwards by happily posting updates on Twitter about their experience—and how they were recovering.

The same day after the said ‘his and hers’ surgery, rumours sparked that the couple may be soon getting engaged, as they were spotted checking out a jeweller’s shop window. Unfortunately, gossip stories got it all wrong. Because they also revealed their split up the same day they unveiled their £4,000 matching rhinoplasty in a celebrity magazine. It was said that Kirk apparently no longer felt devoted to Lauren and breaking up for good was the right path to take.

Rock singer, author and TV star, Cindy Jackson currently holds the official title for “Most Cosmetic Procedures,” recognised by Guinness World Records. Also known as ‘Britain’s most surgically enhanced woman’, 55-year-old Cindy has undergone a total of 52 cosmetic procedures to date.

She has spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery treatments that consist of 14 full-scale operations like multiple liposuctions, eye and face lifts, lip and cheek implants, chin bone reduction, nose job, and numerous boob jobs. The remaining 38 cosmetic surgeries were less invasive, such as semi-permanent makeup, Botox, cosmetic dentistry and chemical peels. Most recently, this human Barbie doll had hand rejuvenation—a process wherein her hands were injected with a substance that boosts collagen production, and therefore makes her hands look younger.

Contrary to some stories on the Internet, Cindy didn’t have low self-confidence and wasn’t teased when she was younger. A former art student, Cindy had a great sense of aesthetics and the traditional rules of proportion. Her sole motivation to go under the knife was simply to look beautiful and young. And while she has undergone lots of cosmetic procedures, she wouldn’t want to appear like she’s had one. Cindy believes that the best plastic surgery result is one that seems natural.

As what you would expect from a plastic surgery devotee, Cindy is now working as a consultant/guru, offering cosmetic surgery and anti-ageing advice. She’s also penned two books about plastic surgery: “Living Doll” and “Image & Cosmetic Surgery Secrets: The Ultimate Guide to Cosmetic Surgery.”

Sherrie Hewson – This newscaster/actress/author admitted that she had plastic surgery to remove eye bags and an operation to tighten her jaw. In 2004, Sherrie agreed to undergo another cosmetic procedure for her face, as part of her role in the celebrity edition of 10 Years Younger.

Catherine Zeta Jones – While Michael Douglas’ wife looks very stunning for her age, rumours say that she has had a few cosmetic treatments done like breast augmentation, rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty (eye lift). Many believe that Catherine has been getting Botox shots every now and then to diminish wrinkles on her face.

Sarah Harding – The Girls Aloud singer turned actress had a lip filler procedure to make her lips fuller and plumper.
